When I fist met Val L she had this goal of getting into these jeans that she had bought as an incentive to lose weight. VL’s 1 inch of fat deducted in 1 week prompted the following statement- “My husband told me that I have lost weight on my waist and back, I just smiled…I haven’t told him that I have a trainer; I just smiled, it feels so good.” As a Personal trainer to VL, when I receive a text saying- “lost another 3lb today.” It justifies the close working relationship between personal trainer and client and makes my profession all the more satisfying. “Having you there around the clock for email or text support just let’s me know that I’m not alone on my journey…it feels easier.”
During week 3 with VL- “I don’t know what you have done but my appetite has drastically reduced I also think drinking the water helps with the sweet tooth cravings they are much less…my niece hasn’t seen me since we started training, she said I am getting a waist and my bum has lifted don’t know about that but it was nice that she noticed. Your magic is starting to show”. By the end of week 3 VL started noticing a significant increase in her metabolism- “Good news dropped 2lbs this morning so maybe measurements next week!! So excited, thanks sergeant..my skirt is big at the waist. Amazing…I had a dream last night that I had a slim waist a flat stomach and could not believe that you had managed it I was so excited then I woke up. I am enjoying the rewards I feel amazing thank you.”At the end of week4 I prompted VL to try on the dreaded jeans. She had been putting it off and I had been pushing and pushing for her to at least have a go at the jeans- “Well they nearly fit. There’s about 1 inch at the waist but the legs fit whoop whoop… I love the changes I am seeing so far!” Every week VL gets stronger and smaller. Her appetite decreases and she reports back to me of having more energy and feeling happier and more confident. She’s losing lbs each week. I am happy that we are equally accountable for making this change happen. Week 5: “Hi Cardelle I fitted into the size 14 jeans ☺”. I will keep monitoring her diet and training and make necessary changes to effect greater gains. “Hi miracle worker met up with everyone last night my brother and sister from London were shocked at my transformation and couldn’t get over how small my face has gone obviously I sang your praises. Then I met my nieces and nephews later they were equally shocked could not believe how small I was I felt fantastic just wanted to say thank you so much for your gift to me self confidence and a fab new body. I can’t wait to achieve my final goal. 😊I will keep that in mind over the next few days.” It really pleases me when it hits home with my clients that the light at the end of the tunnel is extremely close and they can finally have the body that they once had, they WILL have the body that they once had. Together, we will achieve it.

I started going to the bootcamp that Cardelle runs in Chorlton about eight weeks ago. Before then I wasn’t doing much exercise at all. I’d joined gyms in the past but found them really uninspiring and had no motivation to keep going. I’d got to a point where I’d gone up a dress size and was feeling pretty rubbish about it, especially considering that my brother was getting married at the end of the year and I was bridesmaid. I saw on the Chorlton Facebook page that Cardelle had been running these bootcamps for women on a Monday and Thursday and I thought it would suit me a lot better than going to the gym. I went along and was instantly hooked and have been twice a week ever since. After a month, I was feeling a lot fitter and really motivated so I wanted to do more. I really liked how Cardelle ran the classes so I asked him about one-on-one training. I’ve had four sessions so far with Cardelle and I’m loving how things are going. I’ve lost two inches off my waist, an inch off my hips and half an inch off my thighs. Honestly I’m not a star pupil – I eat well during the week but have a glass of wine or two and at the weekend I treat myself so these are pretty good results considering. Cardelle has been really encouraging, he’s always pushing me to go further or try things I would never have attempted before and I can honestly say I’m feeling loads more confident about myself. Cardelle makes the sessions fun and engaging so while I know I’m working hard (feeling the burn!), it feels more like I’m having fun with a friend. Doing the two bootcamp sessions and one PT session a week has made such a difference on my mood as well, I feel a lot happier and have so much more energy. Because of the difference Cardelle’s sessions have made I’ve recruited a few of my friends to the bootcamps (and they are hooked too!) and my boyfriend is having PT with Cardelle as well. I’m so pleased that I’ve met Cardelle and highly recommend him as a mentor.Sophie P

I’ve been going to Cardelle’s women’s outdoor groups on a Monday and Thursday evening for 5 weeks and started one: one personal training sessions with Cardelle a week after my first outdoor group session. Fast approaching my 30th birthday and going through a particularly difficult time in my personal life I decided that I finally needed to take control of my own health and fitness. My goals are to lose weight and get fit, I’ve just signed up for a 5k run and obstacle course in July and as a complete non runner know that if I am going to finish the race then I need to train and work hard to achieve it. I have been in and out of gyms for many years but I always became demotivated and bored and I never really know exactly what I should be doing to get the results I want. When I first heard about Cardelle’s outdoor group I messaged him to see what was involved, I was still a little reluctant because I’ve never attended anything like this before and was worried about not being able to keep up. He told me that it is up to the individual to do as much as they can but that he encourages you to push yourself, he then said ‘Most importantly we have a lot of supportive women in your position that carry one another’. He was right! The groups are fun with friendly people and Cardelle encourages everybody to push themselves but also allows you to go at a pace that is comfortable for you. He keeps the weekly sessions varied so you never get bored and never know what to expect. My auntie and friend now also attend the group and like me have already noticed a difference in their fitness levels. The group all support and encourage each other, it is like training with a group of friends, I genuinely look forward to going. I also have personal training sessions with Cardelle that are hardwork but fun, he encourages me to keep going and to try things I never thought I could do and I know that if I was in a gym I wouldn’t push myself as hard. He keeps me motivated; his own energy and positivity is infectious and makes me want to keep going. For the first time in my life I actually look forward to exercising no matter what new exercises he throws at me, because I know with his experience and dedication to me and my goals only good results can come of it. Since meeting Cardelle and training with him I have lost a stone, my fitness has increased drastically and last weekend I completed my first full mile without stopping which for somebody who really couldn’t run is a huge achievement. I can see my body slowly changing shape and I couldn’t be happier with the progress I am making, I already feel better within myself both physically and mentally and I am more than motivated to keep going and now have the confidence and drive to hit any goal that I set for myself. Cardelle is a true professional, not only is he helping me improve my personal fitness he gives me advice on my diet and nutrition, he is supportive and is always there to answer any questions that I have and I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer. I started attending Cardelle’s outdoor training group in October 2014 and went along with a friend who told me it was a ‘walk’. I really enjoyed the session though and I have been hooked ever since, attending every Monday and Thursday and only ever missing a session when I have been on holiday. Cardelle is very personable and makes the sessions fun, incorporating different exercises each week. I didn’t actually start off with any goals as such, but just intended to exercise more, as I had let myself go a bit over the past few years and put on more weight than I had realised. The turning point for me however, was when I gave up chocolate for Lent, which was a challenge in itself, as I had considered myself a chocoholic. As a result, I had lost some weight, but decided I needed to tone up more, so I began personal training with Cardelle in April. Cardelle has created a bespoke training programme to suit my specific needs and although the workouts can be challenging, Cardelle is aware of my limits and capabilities, thus setting goals which are easily achievable. As a result of the personal training, I have improved my general health and fitness levels; my energy levels and stamina have improved dramatically. Cardelle also advises me on diet and nutrition and constantly gives me ideas on how to reduce my calorie intake and eat more healthily. I would not be able to achieve the results on my own and I am not motivated enough to go to the gym every week, as much as attending personal training sessions on a regular basis at a set time. I have lost 3 stone, dropped 3 dress sizes and lost 23% body fat(in 5 months) I am toned in all the areas which would be a problem for someone my age (50) i.e. arms, legs and stomach. I am very grateful to Cardelle for giving me more confidence and helping me feel good about myself. I can honestly say, Cardelle has changed my life and I intend to carry on this new lifestyle. After all, you cannot put a price on your health; it is all that is important at the end of the day!

So… I don’t often post anything too personal but i have good reason to now. Many of you might have looked at my out of shape body and thought “she’s dodged more than a few salads and spent too long with her friend The Pie Man!!!”… And in honesty, I thought pretty much the same thing about myself!!! I was tired, out of shape, out of breath and pretty much fed up. I then saw an advert for a personal trainer on Wilmslow Mum’s and something made me think ‘that’s for me!!’. It had nothing to do with the fact that he was a huge, good looking bloke in his underwear!!! (…actually not honestly but I thought that it would be good motivation.) I then arrange to meet with him and my new journey started. Mr Cardelle Cameron (Cardelle Cameron)I would like to publicly thank you so, so much for agreeing to take me on. I have been training with him once a week for the past 9 weeks and I am delighted to say that I have lost 3 stone… So far!!! I realise that I have a long way ahead of me but, for the first time in a long while, I feel well on the way to keeping going, carrying on losing and getting stronger and fitter. All this with no gimmicks, no shakes, no powders or pills, no calories counting, no drastic diet!! Instead I have been figuring out the simple equation of moving more and eating well…as well as drinking plenty!!! It is hard work but it has been enormous fun too. I love that there is someone who motivates me, pushes that bit harder than I would ever push myself and tells me how proud they are of me. Pride has been very thin on the ground recently!!! As i said I still have quite some way to go…but go there I will!!!! Thank you again Cardelle. Thank you so much!!!

I just want to say a huge thank you to Cardelle for helping me to lose a massive 4 stone in just under 14 weeks. I started at rock bottom and, with Cardelle spurring me on, I was able to start to turn things around. Small steps began with things such as change of diet and exercise and shortly after, whilst my confidence grew, I was able to be pushed further than i thought possible. 1 stone quickly became 2 and at the 3 stone mark people started to comment. At 4 stone I feel great and much healthier too. If you are struggling to know where to start I would strongly suggest you get in touch with Cardelle and begin your own magnificent journey! Card Thank you for doing exactly what you said you would do for me. I Thank you, Michael thanks you. He can’t keep his hands off me now lol!! He had been telling me that i needed to lose the weight for 15 years and i guess i just got lazy and complacent. The first time that we spoke you told me that you could make me look however i wanted to look. But i had to visualise it. 6 months later and 8 stone down, i feel fantastic! You gave me sexy back. Something that was lost a long time ago. I am 12 stone now so when i lose the last 2 that will be the last lap but i understand that being healthy is all about routine and habit and that it never ends really. God i sound just like you OMG!!!! Initially I comitted to a year of your services but that’s nothing when i think about what you have done for me. Most importantly how i feel about myself now. I’ve been training with Card for 4 weeks. I’ve lost 2 stone. He corrected my diet and set regular homework. I stick to it as it’s in my best interest. The workouts aren’t as hard as they used to be. I daren’t tell him that as I know he’ll increase the difficult ha! I thought that Cardelle was intense at first as he demanded a lot of me. However, after seeing the results i now realise that his way is the exact amount of intense. I couldn’t afford to live the way I had been living. I’m 55 years old. I’ve been so lazy, sat on my bum for years eating and drinking rubbish – it was only getting bigger! Its great fun and definitely worth money that I would have previously spent on wine and crap food.
I have always struggled with my weight, and had always meant to deal with it. I admit that I always tried to get trim by dieting alone, which Cardelle has shown me, doesn’t work.
Instead Cardelle has cleaned up my diet (a lot!!) by cutting alcohol and adding veggies to my daily meals. And has me lifting weights and walking more; he tells me that lifting weights is responsible for building muscles, and speeding up my metabolism… I’m still not exactly sure what it all means, but I have lost 5stone so far, so something is going right. And I trust him with my life 😊Thank you so much Cardelle!
